John Ross, a Wilson Group associate for nearly two decades, has become a visual and vocal trademark of our workshops over the years.

Students see him reporting "live" from the scenes of chemical blasts, train derailments and product tamperings, and he's been there to tell us the essentials of what has gone wrong with corporate takeovers, government scandals and almost every other type of crisis that can be envisioned.

John is a master of bringing our scenarios to life. He makes people forget for a few moments that it's a workshop, not the real thing.

A veteran broadcast journalist with 30 years of experience, John has served as a morning drive news anchor, a field correspondent for ABC News, and a news director for several radio and television stations.

After covering crises for 30 years, John ultimately moved on to managing them. Working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as well as many local emergency organizations, John has worked on implementing drills and mock disasters of all kinds.

As a Wilson Group associate, John brings his knowledge of the news media and emergency management to every situation.
