As a former television reporter and news anchor, Jeanne Fox has covered her share of crises and disasters. And, as the chief spokesperson for a Fortune 100 corporation, she has first-hand experience in dealing with reporters during a crisis.

Starting out as an intern with CNN in Washington, D.C., she went on to serve as a reporter and news anchor with ABC, CBS and NBC affiliate stations in the Midwest. For nearly five years, she served as manager of media communications for Borden, Inc.

Since joining The Wilson Group, Jeanne has helped teach executives from companies and organization throughout the U.S. how to deal with the news media in times of crisis
